Who we are

KidsPass helps parents in the UAE find kids' classes and book trials with academies. This page explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect

• Your name, email, phone number and a password (stored only in scrambled form).
• Your child's first name, year of birth and the area you live in, so we can suggest classes that fit.
• Your trial requests: the academy, venue, days that suit you and any note you add.
• If you message us on WhatsApp, the messages in that chat.
• Which ad or link brought you to KidsPass, so we know which of our ads work.

How we use it

• To find classes for your child and arrange the trials you ask for.
• To keep you updated about your requests, by WhatsApp, email or on your account page.
• To improve KidsPass. We never sell your details.

Who we share it with

• The academy you choose. When you send a trial request, we share your name, contact details, your child's first name and age, and your request with that academy only, so they can arrange the trial.
• Services that run KidsPass for us: website hosting (Vercel), our database (Neon, servers in the EU), email (Resend), WhatsApp (Meta) and our AI assistant (Anthropic), which helps answer WhatsApp messages. They only use your details to provide their service to us.

Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you logged in and a cookie to remember which ad or link brought you here. Our ads on Meta and Google may use their own cookies to measure results.

Your choices

You can see and change your children's details on your account page. You can ask us at any time for a copy of your data or to delete your account and everything linked to it. We keep your details while your account is open and delete them when you ask.
